How do I earn points on my purchases?
You earn 5 points for every $1 spent on all eligible items. Points are automatically credited to your account once your order has shipped.
What is your standard shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of $6.95 applies. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. You can also redeem your earned loyalty points as a partial or full payment during checkout.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website. You can also view your order history and status directly in your account dashboard.
Do my loyalty points ever expire?
Loyalty points remain valid as long as you make at least one purchase every 12 months. If there is no account activity for a full year, points will expire and be removed from your balance.
